Affordable Housing Production Task Force (AHPTF): Recommendations and next steps to
address the affordable housing crisis in Delaware
After meeting for 9 months, the AHPTF has finalized recommendations for how the State and local governments
can increase the supply of housing that is affordable to Delawareans across the income spectrum. Hear directly
from staff and task force members about the recommended strategies and how each sector can play a part in
creating more affordable housing.
